When your app is ready and the 14-day clock should already be ticking, getting 12 testers tomorrow matters more than getting the perfect testers next month. Here are the fastest legitimate channels in 2026.
Same-day options
- BetaPod — post a request, indie devs enroll within hours because they need testers too.
- r/TestersCommunity on Reddit — pinned swap threads, no karma gate.
- Indie Hackers Telegram and Discord — search “testers” in the past week.
24-hour options
- r/AndroidDev — weekly self-promo thread accepts tester requests.
- X / Twitter — post with #IndieDev #AndroidDev hashtags and tag a few large accounts.
- Personal network — a focused WhatsApp / iMessage blast to 30 people usually returns 8–10 yeses.
What to send testers
